Xinxin Company (02400) issued an announcementbaccaratscorecard, on May 7, 2024baccaratscorecard, the Company has adopted the 2024 Restricted Stock Unit Plan to, among other things, recognize the contributions of participants by giving participants the opportunity to obtain ownership interests in the Company, and encourage and retain such persons to promote the Group's continued operations and development. The 2024 RSU Plan will be funded only with existing shares that the trustee will purchase on the market.

The maximum number of awards that may be granted under the 2024 RSU Plan must not exceed 3% of the number of shares in issue as at the adoption date (i.e. approximately 1,441baccaratscorecard.750,000 shares). The above plan limits may be updated by the Board from time to time, and any awards granted before the limit renewal will not be counted in determining the updated plan limits.
