Gelonghui May 27 丨 HNA Holdings (600221.SH) announceddeuceswildpokergameHainan Hangnong Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of HNA Aviation Group Co., Ltd., purchased the company from debt-to-equity shareholder Anlong (Tianjin) Aviation Leasing Co., Ltd. through a block transaction 27deuceswildpokergame,669,725 shares, becoming a shareholder holding 0.06% of the company's shares, with a transaction price of 1.53 yuan/share. It plans to continue to repurchase the company's shares from Enlong Tianjin through block transactions before the end of 2025, with a proposed repurchase of 326,681,525 shares (accounting for approximately 0.76% of the company's total share capital). The above repurchase is an agreement between HNA Aviation Group and Avolon Holdings Limited (referred to as "Avolon") and Enron Tianjin in the Share Repurchase Agreement.
