Gronghui May 27 丨IDT INT'L (00167defendervideogame.HK) Announcementdefendervideogame, the company has filed an ex parte originating summons in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on May 27, 2024 in accordance with Section 670 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), regarding the commencement of a hearing on September 13, 2024 in respect of the company's application for an order to convene a general meeting of the company's creditors to consider and, if appropriate, approve (whether revised or not) the company's proposed reorganization plan (the "Plan"). The company will make another announcement in due course to include details and progress of the plan.

Trading in the company's shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 3, 2023, and will continue to be suspended until the resumption guidelines are reached.
